Also the splash park at Otter Cove in St. Charles is awesome but not free!

  6. There is also a splash pad at Naper Settlement in downtown Naperville. It is a great little place and amazing living history museum too.

  7. There is a free splash pad at Phillips park in Aurora, as well as a free small zoo, flower gardens and a huge park/playground area. Additionally, the park district has two smaller water parks, (a few slides, kids area, big pool, etc.) one near Phillips park on the east side and splash country on the far west side bordering Sugar Grove.
